Not One, But TWO Stars OUT at Y&R! Mac & JT Get Their "Happily Ever After"

Hot on the heels of the announcement that Thad Luckinbill (JT) opted not to renew his contract with Y&R, it comes as no surprise that his on-screen love interest, Clementine Ford (Mac), has been let go by the #1 daytime drama for storyline-dictated reasons.

Kicking off November Sweeps, Mac & JT get their "happily ever after" on Friday, November 5th when the pair leaves Genoa City together.
Storyline details have not been released as to what prompts the pair to head out of town -- or whether JT will be taking his son with Victoria, Reed, out of town along with him -- so stay tuned to watch all the drama play out on-screen in the coming month!

Thad Luckinbill (JT) Exiting Y&R!

The Young and the Restless will soon be losing one of its younger stars -- with possibly more to follow. Though unconfirmed by the show, it appears that Thad Luckinbill (JT Hellstrom) will be exiting the show in the upcoming weeks.

According to a Luckinbill's wife and co-star Amelia Heinle (Victoria Newman), Luckinbill opted not to renew his contract with the show. That decision comes as the actor has seen increased interest from various primetime series. In fact, Luckinbill will be seen in the October 9 edition of CBS's CSI.

"It's a blessing in disguise," Heinle shared with Soaps In Depth. "He's never been in this position before. [He] is going to grow as a person and as an actor. [...] Now that he has nothing holding him back, you just wait -- he's going to [succeed even more]. I know it. He's going to be so happy that this has happened."

Though Heinle intimates that it was Luckinbill's decision to leave The Young and the Restless, her remarks seem to draw that statement into question.

The Young and the Restless does not comment on contracts, so the show neither confirms nor denies Luckinbill's exit -- or the circumstances of an exit. The show is also not commenting on published reports that Clementine Ford (Mackenzie Browning) is also exiting.

In real life, Luckinbill met Heinle on the Y&R set, and the pair was married in March 2007. In November of that same year, the couple welcomed their first child, Thaddeus.

Luckinbill joined the cast of The Young and the Restless in 1999 on a recurring basis. Three years later, the actor was offered a contract. Because the show is not commenting on Luckinbill's exit at this time, there is no word yet on when he is scheduled to last air.

Y&R's New Noah -- Luke Kleintank -- Debuts Today (Tues, Sept. 21)!

"He's coming back from Paris," Kleintank explains. "A lot of things happened to him and his girlfriend [Eden] there. He's come back more as a man. He's a young buck trying to make it in the world."

And though the show is keeping mum on details of Noah's return, Kleintank does admit that his audition required some singing. Does that mean Noah will be serenading a new love?
"Maybe," the actor hedges.

One thing's for sure -- Kleintank already has a great rapport with on-screen dad Joshua Morrow (Nick), with whom he tested during the audition process.
"Joshua is cool," Kleintank enthuses. "He's a 'guy's guy'. I could go play sports with him. I could be one of his buddies, [so] it's odd that he's my dad. He would have had to have had me when he was 14!"

As for TV mom Sharon Case (Sharon), Kleintank shares, "She's gorgeous."

But there is one member of the clan Kleintank hasn't hit it off with.
"I got to hold [that baby who plays my little sister] Faith," he says, adding with a laugh, "she didn't seem to like me too much. But she likes Josh. She really loves him."

Be sure to tune in to Y&R today when this Newman clan is reunited!
