The revolving door at Y&R may soon be seeing a lot of stars leaving Genoa City through it!
Soaps In Depth broke the news that Tristan Rogers announced via Twitter that his character, Colin, would be leaving Genoa City. The actor tweeted, "seems Colin is leaving GC."
This news confirms some of what a Y&R insider shared with In Depth -- that Rogers had been let go from the soap.
What else did the Y&R insider share with In Depth? That, along with Rogers's exit as Colin, three other stars have reportedly been let go as well -- Eden Riegel (Heather), Sean Patrick Flanery (Sam), and Darius McCrary (Malcolm)!
A Y&R spokesperson states that they do not comment on casting rumors and, therefore, none of the stars' exits are confirmed; however, shortly after we learned of these possible exits, Riegel broke the news on Twitter that she had indeed been let go and Heather would be leaving Genoa City.
Additionally, Rogers has made another tweet that confirms his exit as well: "Just taped my last scene," he tweeted on September 20. "Want to thank everyone for their support. Onward and upward."
With two of the four exits now confirmed, is it only a matter of time before we learn that McCrary is out as Malcolm and Flanery's Sam will soon check-out of Genoa City?
