The list of suspects is a large one! Plenty of people in Genoa City had motive and opportunity (Victor, Jack, Phyllis, Nick, Victoria, Abby, Adam, Tucker, Ashley) ... But perhaps it could have been someone who no one knew was in Genoa City like Nikki (who mysteriously left rehab and was missing when the murder occurred), Patty (who could have sneaked back into town and perhaps was the mysterious figure that watched from outside the window of the Jabot mansion when Diane disrobed in front of Jack and tried to seduce him), or maybe even someone we haven't thought about! If it wasn't Patty, returning from South America, dropping something outside Jack's window, having stolen Jack's original Harvard ring and then beating Diane to death, then it's either Skye disguised as Patty (that South American plastic surgeon strikes again!), the carjacker from New Mexico (possible!) or even Sam, the mysterious vet who never listens to anyone's requests...
